Sarah
For the price we paid, the room at this B&B was clean and comfortable, definitely value for money. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to the Life is Beautiful festival. The staff, especially the woman at the check-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast delights could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The location of the hostel is convenient, with easy access to the Vegas Strip. The rooms are kept clean and the price for a can of soda or bottled water is fair. The staff, although there were some exceptions, showed some willingness to go the extra mile by offering a guided tour of the Vegas Strip during their day off.
The staff's friendliness could be improved, as some of them seemed indifferent or neglectful of their customers' needs.

The breakfast offerings were limited to coffee and rolls, but it was convenient for a quick bite in the morning. We appreciated the proximity to the Life is Beautiful festival.
Noise at night made it difficult to sleep. The location was not ideal and the surroundings were unpleasant.

The rooms are clean and offer fair prices for amenities like canned soda and bottled water. The staff is friendly and even provided a solo traveler with a tour of the Vegas strip during their day off.
The other staff member did not treat the customer well when he was mopping the floor.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of clean and well-maintained rooms, as mentioned by several previous visitors. The friendly staff provides good service, and the receptionist is polite, making guests feel welcomed. Despite the negative reviews, there are social areas and a kitchen available for guests to use.
One negative aspect is the presence of questionable individuals around the vicinity, which may create an uncomfortable atmosphere.
